Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or peak shopping periods.
Please note: Our jewelry is handcrafted in our studio, and many pieces are made to order. While most orders are completed within the typical processing timeframe above, occasionally additional time may be required to handcraft a piece before it can be shipped.
United States Shipping
We offer several domestic shipping options through USPS and UPS. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping address.
Free Domestic Shipping: Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping is typically sent via USPS and generally has a transit time of 5–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited & Carrier Options: Available paid shipping options may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update.
International Shipping
International shipping options may be available to select destinations and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues
KK Buteau, LLC is not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, or customs processing.
If a package shows as "Delivered" but has not arrived, please verify the delivery address and check with neighbors or your local carrier or post office. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
