Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the guidelines below.

Eligibility

• Returns & Exchanges: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Refunds: Items returned within 7 days of the purchase date are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns received after 7 days and within the 30-day return period will be issued as store credit.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are processed based on the original purchase price and are subject to product availability.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Items must have the original KK Buteau tag attached and fully intact. Items with tags that have been removed, reattached, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items should be returned with any original packaging or accessories, when applicable.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Processing Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Store Credit: Store credit is issued within 3 business days.
• Exchanges: Replacement items are shipped within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to availability.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process a refund after it has been issued by KK Buteau.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@kkbuteau.com as soon as possible with your order information and, when appropriate, photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@kkbuteau.com with your order information before sending an item back. We will provide instructions for completing your return.

Please do not send returns to the business address without first contacting us.
