Return and Exchange Policy

- Refunds: Available for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, returns will be issued as store credit.
- Exchanges: Processed based on the original purchase price.

Processing Timeline
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Store Credit: Issued within 3 business days of return receipt.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to availability.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
