RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within one month of the purchase date. Full refunds are available for items returned within seven days of purchase. After seven days, returns will be issued as store credit. Exchanges will be processed based on the original purchase price. Christmas returns and exchanges must be completed by January 8th.

REPAIR INFORMATION

If your KK Buteau piece needs a repair, stop by our showroom or email info@kkbuteau.com to contact us. Please include the item name and describe all needed repairs in the email.

Repairs will be made free of charge within one year of the purchase date. After one year, the repair fee will be based on the extent of the repair.

Repairs are only available for KK Buteau pieces.

JEWELRY CARE INFORMATION

For best preservation, we recommend each piece is kept in separate compartments (like the velvet or chiffon bags gifted with each purchase. As metals touch, it can cause a reaction!

In the description of each purchased piece, we list the type of metal used in production.

If your piece is...

14K Gold Filled: This is a high quality chain which rarely tarnishes due to its % of gold & binding properties. When it does tarnish, it is usually caused by an over-exposure to sulfates (skin pH, products used, and over exposure to certain outdoor elements. For best preservation, we recommend getting it wet as little as possible. It can be cleaned with a silver polishing chain.

Sterling Silver: Sterling silver pieces can be polished using any type of sterling polish. Be careful as you polish if the piece includes anything other than sterling silver chain.

Plated: Plated materials are great for keeping prices down with an elevated look. However, plated is our most sensitive chain. It reacts when exposed to sweat, swimming, and showering. Be sure to take off your piece when doing these activities. Plated cannot be polished. These pieces are made for a few seasons of fun, so to ensure the longest life, give this piece more TLC.

We are located in a newer space, up the stairs on the lefthand side of Madison Marketplace. If you are having issues with directions, type "Madison Marketplace" into your maps app to ensure accurate directions! If you are looking at Madison Marketplace, we have an exterior staircase to the left.

ARE THE EXTERIOR STAIRS THE ONLY ENTRY POINT?

The exterior stairs are the only entry point. We offer curbside pickup for any customers that are unable to walk up the staircase.

DO YOU HOLD PIECES?

We're happy to hold a piece! All orders placed through DM or email will require a 50% deposit. Payments can be made through our Venmo at @kkbuteaudesigns. Any requests made without a deposit will be canceled after three days. We are happy to arrange shipping upon request!

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WORK?

At the current moment, individual custom orders are closed aside from the $178 custom glass hearts. Bulk (minimum 10 pieces) orders are available for custom.
